My window treatments came in and when Kim and Rob came to install them, we found that one blind had a big spot on it. Another shade made a godawful noise when you rolled it up or down. Neither problem was caused by Kim and Rob or their installation. They contacted the manufacturers and got me replacements without any trouble to me at all. They ended up coming three times to my house to get this all worked out, and each time they were punctual, clean, and worked with my schedule. I am very happy I worked with them on this.
